CRH is produced by parvocellular neuroendocrine cells within the paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus and is released at the median eminence from neurosecretory terminals of these neurons into the primary capillary plexus of the hypothalamo-hypophyseal portal system . The portal system carries the CRH to the anterior lobe of the pituitary , where it stimulates corticotropes to secrete adrenocorticotropic hormone ( ACTH ) and other biologically-active substances ( β-endorphin ). ACTH stimulates the synthesis of cortisol , glucocorticoids , mineralocorticoids and DHEA .
My wife and I bought a NauticStar 22 Sport a few years ago and loved it. When we went to the Tampa Boat Show, my wife saw the 265 XTS, got on and literally wouldn’t get off it. I thought it was out of our price range, but Seth at Thunder Marine worked up a deal we could afford, and we got it. We spend so much time on this boat that we even sold our house to be closer to the water, so we could just jump on it and go fishing. We are into live-bait fishing, and the boat’s three large livewells are perfect. I love bay boats, because when I handle bait I want to be able to dip my hands in the water for a quick rinse. My 82-year-old father-in-law caught a nice kingfish and was very comfortable fighting it thanks to the boat’s roominess and stability. When we are on this boat, we are either looking for bait or for fish, and because of its size, we can take it 20 miles offshore, which is my real passion. It handles the chop really well, and it’s fast and really economical to run even though it has a big Yamaha F300. This is my second new boat from Thunder Marine and they always bend over backward to take care of us.
