I am doing fullbody following workout just want you to know & comment if it is OK.
Monday:
Seated Barbell Press: 5x12

Lat Pull down: 5x12 (I cant do pull ups)
Sqaut: 5x12
Barbell Curl: 3x12
Skullcrusher: 3x12
Wednesday:
Seated Dumbbell Press: 4x12
Inclined Dumbbell Bench Press: 4x12
One Arm Dumbbell Row: 4x12
Smith Machine Standing Calf raise: 4x12
Dumbbell Curls: 2x12
Seated Dumbbell Extension: 2x12
Friday:
Military Press: 5x12

Ligandrol (LGD-4033) is only tested in Anti-Doping (PED) tests.
This means that the only time you need to be tested for Ligandrol is if you’re playing sports on a semi-professional level or higher.
If your sporting association tests for Performance Enhancing Drugs, you should not take LGD-4033 as it will come up positive, possibly banning from the sport. If you are still going to take Ligandrol regardless of whether it is allowed or not, a safe estimate would be about 12 weeks before its not detectable (unless you are in the olympics, then it will be much greater).
