Staying lean is not a big deal unless you are not carrying big muscles on your body. You can look defined but not big. If you have an FFMI over 24 and you stay lean, you clearly gettin help of chemicals. Being a 80kg w %8 body fat and guy is enough evidence to blame someone about roids. The only exception would be for athletes who started training at the age of 13-14 with a professional guide. They can get big enough naturally and stay lean all year round since they hit 27-28. After that age, say goodbye to your muscles and learn how to live with more fat in your body because if you follow the same diet as you were eating by 18, you will be an obese guy by the age of 35. There are tons of pro athletes with this story, you just need to see them. The athlete example is valid for all sports, not talking about bodybuilding only.
